Our goal is simple: protect our work, protect our customers, and make sure everyone plays fair. This document explains exactly what that means in practice.
When you purchase a G4Tools product, you are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for your own purposes. This means:
You do not own the product itself — you own the right to use it under these Terms.
You cannot claim our products as your own work.
You cannot remove, hide, or alter any branding, copyright notices, or license details included in our products.
Your license is tied to you alone. It cannot be transferred, sold, or given to another person unless we approve it.
We understand some customers may want to resell our products. Here is the clear rule:
Reselling is only allowed if you have explicit, prior written permission from the owner of G4Tools.
Any reselling without our written approval is considered unauthorized and is a direct violation of these Terms.
You may never:
Share, leak, upload, or distribute our .exe files or any other product files — whether for free or for money — without permission.
Give away your copy of the product to others, even if you are not charging them.
Post our products on any forum, marketplace, file-sharing site, or private group without approval.
If you violate these rules:
Your license and access will be immediately revoked — permanently.
You will receive no refund under any circumstances.
We may pursue legal action if the situation warrants it.
Our .exe files and other product files are protected for a reason. If you share or leak these files without authorization — even to one single person — you will permanently lose your license and your access to all G4Tools products and services. We take this extremely seriously, as it protects both our business and the customers who use our tools responsibly.
We expect our products to be used responsibly and in good faith. The following actions will result in the permanent removal of your license and access, without refund:
Using G4Tools products in a way that harms, damages, or negatively affects G4Tools, our reputation, or our community.
Spreading false claims or misinformation about G4Tools, our products, or our team members.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, crack, bypass licensing systems, or otherwise tamper with our products.
Harassing G4Tools staff, partners, or customers.
Any other behavior that we determine to be harmful or malicious toward G4Tools.
We reserve the right to determine what constitutes “bad faith” or “harm” in each case.
Please read this carefully before making a purchase:
All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or returns.
If you make an error during purchase — such as providing the wrong email, buying the wrong product, or making an accidental purchase — we cannot issue a refund or send you a replacement product.
It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that your purchase details (including email address, payment information, and product selection) are correct before completing the transaction.
Once the product has been delivered, our obligation to provide it again ends — unless you have proof of purchase and valid access rights.
To receive technical support, prove ownership, or restore your access to a product, you must have valid proof of purchase. Acceptable proof includes:
Your original order confirmation email.
A transaction ID from the payment provider you used.
Without valid proof of purchase, we cannot provide support or restore access — no exceptions.
If you violate these Terms in any way:
Your license and access will be revoked permanently.
You will receive no refund under any circumstances.
In severe cases, we may take legal action to recover damages.
You may be banned from purchasing or accessing any future G4Tools products.
We may update or change these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our products, services, or policies. When we update the Terms, the new version will replace the old one immediately. It is your responsibility to review the latest Terms before purchasing or using our products.
